Worship Assistant
From new moon to new moon,
and from Sabbath to Sabbath,
all flesh shall come to worship before me,
says the Lord. - Isaiah 66:23
Assisting in worship is a great way to get involved as a family or as an individual. There are many opportunities to share your gifts of hospitality with others:
Greeters - we welcome people to our church.
Ushers - we hand out bulletins, collect the offering and direct the congregation to communion.
Lectors - we read the Old Testament and New Testament lessons of the week. They will be sent to you in advance.
Communion Assistants - we help the pastors distribute the wine and collect the wine cups during communion.
Orientations are held quarterly or Becky & Kari are available for one-on-one training. Our next Orientation will be held: February 20th at 12:10 in the Sanctuary.
