New Member Orientation
If you are interested in joining Advent Lutheran Church, we offer quarterly Orientation Luncheons for prospective new members. This Orientation is designed to allow you to get to know others who will be joining the congregation, and to give you an overview of our theology, our ministries and the expectations we have of our members. There is ample time for questions and to meet some of the staff and leadership of Advent, as well as enjoying the hospitality of lunch provided by the class that came before you.
The next New Member Orientation Luncheon is scheduled for Sunday, August 22, 2010 from 11:15 (immediately following 10 a.m. worship) until 1 p.m. Childcare is provided. Please contact the church office or Pastor Susan to indicate that you would like to be included in an upcoming Orientation Luncheon. New Members will be received in church on August 29th.
